Just last week, a man was charged for murdering two dogs—and he got what he deserved.

And earlier this week, there was a bloodied dead cat found in Yishun, and now another innocent dog is a victim of abuse by an unrepentant human being.

Who found it

The poor dog was found by a 68-year-old retiree, Mr Han Hee Siew on 19 October.

He told Stomp in a telephone interview that he had been feeding the stray dog every day for the past four to 5 years.

I was shocked and angry. Someone clearly forced the dog’s head into the pipe,” he said.

AVA is investigating the case, The Straits Times reported.

What did the netizens say

Singaporeans are very opinionated and it is hard for all of us to have the same opinion unless….

…when it comes to animal cruelty, we can always count on Singaporeans to come together and be one strong voice for the voiceless.

Everyone shared the same disdain to the perpetrator.

If you have any information on this incident, you can contact AVA at this number— 1800 476 1600.

To make things grimmer, Mr Han told Stomp that many dogs in the area have disappeared over the years.

Whoever it is, I hope he gets the same treatment as the innocent dog.
