Last Wednesday (12 Oct), OnlyFans content creator Titus Low Kaide, 22, was sentenced to three weeks in jail and a fine of $3,000 for transmitting obscene materials online and breaching a police order.
It is not a nice thing to be known for, but as any drama-oriented YouTube channel will tell you, bad publicity is still publicity.
(The best kind, in fact, because any passer-by who loves tea and wants the deets will drop in.)
Also, it is content that people will watch.
Naturally, Low makes a video about it, aptly titled, “Im going to jail as a OnlyFans creator?!”
Low: Glad That The Case Is Over
Similar to the Instagram story he posted shortly after the verdict came out, Low expresses his relief that the case is finally closed.
The 22-year-old has been waiting for the court case to end since December.
“It’s been on my mind for the last couple months. It’s been very traumatising, I had a lot of sleepless nights, I couldn’t really do things properly and always having the constant worry in my head on what’s going to happen next,” Low said.
He added that he just wanted to serve his prison term and start a new chapter of his life.
How Long Will Titus Low Be In Jail?
Although Low has been sentenced to three weeks in jail, he will actually only be in prison for 14 days.
In the video, Low explained that he was given remission—i.e. he will be released earlier than his scheduled date as he has met certain conditions—so he will only have to serve 14 days in jail.
And no, he will not have to shave his hair.
Don’t worry Titus fans, his Instagram-worthy locks will stay on his head.
Low stated that he will not be going into jail immediately as he is given time to mentally prepare himself, likely because of his diagnosed adjustment disorder.
He doesn’t expect much from jail, simply hoping that he can fall asleep there and keep a positive mindset.
Low reiterates that he will make a video after he leaves prison.

Keeping A Positive Mindset
When asked about how he kept his head above water during these tough times, Low explained that he tried to stay positive for his kids— who are his two dogs and two cats, and now the actual baby that is coming his way in half a year.
He has a wife to care for too.
Low admits that he has made bad decisions like breaching the police order despite explicit instructions not to do so during the investigative process, though he stresses that he had seen that as the only viable option then because OnlyFans was his main bread and butter.
There was a period of time where he wondered why he was being targeted too.
It would be hard for him to not come to that conclusion, especially when he is the only R18+ OnlyFans content creator that was publicly outed and charged for his explicit content.
“[But] I have beautiful things waiting for me in life, so I look on the bright side and see this as an experience. I guess this is life and it’s how you make the best of your situation.”
(Like monetising the YouTube video you make about the ordeal.)
Nevertheless, Low is using this opportunity to reflect on himself, and he is striving to become a better person and a law-abiding citizen.
The OnlyFans creator turned YouTuber doesn’t know if he will go back to making R18+ content, but he will try his best to stay away from it now since he doesn’t want to go to jail again.
How Is Cheryl Chin?
In case you didn’t know, Low married Malaysian influencer Cheryl Chin, whom he met through Jianhao Tan, more than three months ago.
They are currently expecting their first child.
Low answers the question by starting off with a light-hearted joke, claiming that he doesn’t know how a pregnant woman is going to walk his two big dogs.
Of course, Cheryl is upset by the verdict since she will be alone and emotionally vulnerable for a couple of weeks.
If anything, the whole situation has taught Low that his circumstances affect everyone around him.
He has lost people because of it, but on the other side of the coin, he has also discovered the friends, fans, and family who are willing to stick with him despite his stained reputation.
This makes the end of the Titus Low court saga, one supposes.
… Except he said Low said that he actually pre-filmed another (emotional) video beforehand, thinking that he was going to go to jail immediately after the verdict was given. He will be sharing that video soon.
