You might feel the urge to insult someone after they ask a frustrating question, but when you’re literally the President of the United States… Maybe don’t do that.
US President Joe Biden has personally apologised after being caught calling a Fox News reporter a “stupid son of a b**ch”.
Insulted Reporter During White House Event
While journalists were leaving the room after the event, Fox News reporter Peter Doocy tried to ask the President whether inflation was a political liability for him.
Doocy’s question comes after Biden met with his Competition Council to speak about inflation and lowering prices for families.
Probably not knowing that the mic was still on, Biden said sarcastically, “It’s a great asset, more inflation.”
He then said, “What a stupid son of a b**tch” under his breath… Which the mic caught for everyone to hear. Oops?
Reporters who were in the room then said that they could not really hear what Biden said over the noise, but a video circulating around the internet is enough proof.
Biden Called and Apologised Personally
The Fox News reporter said that the President called his phone “within an hour” and apologised.
The President apparently said that it was nothing personal, and the two apparently talked about moving forward from this incident. Doocy said, “I made sure to tell him that I’m always going to try to ask something different than what everybody else is asking.”
The reporter further said that he told Biden that he appreciated the apology, but stated that he didn’t need it. “He can call me whatever he wants as long as it gets him talking.”
Spoken just like the enemy of Biden that Fox News is.

The democrats’ choice Biden and the conservatives’ favourite channel Fox News will inevitably clash. And it is now recorded in black-and-white for the historical archives.
In the past, when Biden’s insults were caught on microphones, the White House had tried to help Biden cover it up.
However, the White House seems to have simply accepted this insult. They even included the comment in their transcript of the event. This means that Biden’s insult will be in the official historical records from now on.
This is reportedly the second time Biden has insulted a Fox News reporter recently. Last week, another Fox News reporter asked the President why he is waiting on Vladimir Putin to make the first move regarding the Ukraine-Russia conflict, to which Biden replied, “What a stupid question.”
