Mcdonald’s is well-known for their Apple Pie. The one with the thick flaky buttery crust and a warm apple filling that oozes out the moment you bite into this delicious snack.
Other than the Apple Pie, Mcdonald’s has also introduced many other pies over the years. We had the Banana Pie, Chocolate Pie, Peach Pie, Creamy Herb Chicken Pie and the most recent White Chocolate Strawberry Cream Pie.
But now, McDonald’s seems to already be preparing for a new kind of pie. Something that they have brought to us before individually, but not as ingredients combined.
It’s the all-new Chocolate Banana Pie!
Chocolate Pie + Banana Pie = Chocolate Banana Pie?
McDonald’s recently posted a teaser on their Facebook page about a new pie that they’re preparing, and the specifically added the “they’re coming together for some chocolatey banana fun”.
Well, it certainly doesn’t take a genius to realise that the pie is definitely going to have chocolate and bananas in it!
The pie is said to be released tomorrow, 31 October, so if you want to know if it is just a combination of their previous two pies – Chocolate Pie and Banana Pie – or a twist in their rendition, make sure you go queue up for it!
Many loved the Banana Pie, but not many loved the Chocolate Pie because some said that it had a cheap chocolatey taste to it.
But do you think that it will be different this time round? Especially when you combine the chocolate with a fan favourite?
Or perhaps McDonald’s has taken into account the comments from everyone and will make this Chocolate Banana Pie even better.
Only one way to find out!
The Chocolate Banana Pie will be available from $1.50 at all McDonald’s outlets, Dessert Kiosks, and via McDelivery and GrabFood after breakfast hours, while stocks last.
$1.50 for some goodness. Sign me up!
