More Details About Jeremy Renner’s Injuries Revealed As He Posted His First IG Post After Incident

Following his accident two days ago, (2 January), Jeremy Renner was sent to the ICU of a hospital in Nevada and went for surgery.

Previously, it was reported that he was in a “critical but stable” condition. Now, his publicist has said he suffered blunt chest trauma and injuries relating to the deformities of his bones and muscles.

An anonymous source who spoke to People magazine said the injuries were extensive.

On Instagram, the Hawkeye actor has posted a photo of him in a hospital bed.

He suffered many injuries to his face, which were marred with red marks. There was also a tube going into his nostrils and coming down from his throat.

In the caption, he wrote: “Thank you all for your kind words. I’m too messed up now to type. But I send love to you all.”

The Incident

According to TMZ reports, Renner was involved in a freak accident with his snow ploughing machine called the Snowcat on 2 January.

The accident occurred near his home as he likely cleared the driveway to make way for vehicle access.

Renner’s representative told TMZ that Renner had suffered blunt chest trauma and orthopaedic injuries from the accident and has since undergone surgery on 2 January 2023.

However, he’ll probably need a second surgery to treat his extensive injuries.

According to his neighbour’s inside scoops, his Snowcat machine had run over his legs, which caused him to lose a lot of blood.

His neighbour, a doctor, applied the tourniquet to prevent additional blood loss while waiting for the paramedics to airlift him to the nearest hospital.
