Singapore is a safe place to be, considering we don’t really have to worry much about being mugged on the streets.
I mean, we do get cases like these every once in awhile. Mainly stupidity, if you ask me.
Then, on 1 Dec 2017, something like this happened. Take a look at the video below.

A post by Gameprosg, which is the shop in the video, reads:
“Gameprosg Marina Square Outlet. 1dec2017, we have just lost 2 laptops, we will like to call out to call out to netizens to find him. He was with a friend wearing white. Approximately 1.8m tall, if anyone have seen him pls pm us. Pls share this as we try to achieve to catch him.”
Whoa. That’s some blatant shoplifting. He actually managed to steal 2 laptops in a store inside Marina Square?
“Where the hell are the staff?”, I’m pretty sure that’s the first question you’re asking right now.

So, there was an accomplice. Looks like we can’t really blame the staff as he/she was serving another customer.
I guess they should hire more staff then? Or, like what one of the comments was saying, get locks for the laptop.

Hmm, seems like the shoplifters have planned everything beforehand. Perhaps Gameprosg becoming the target was due to the fact that their laptops weren’t locked?
After all, the shoplifter did steal the laptops and managed to make his exit within 25 seconds.
Anyway, if you have any valuable info for Gameprosg, do drop them a message on their FB page.
To be honest though, the video quality is a little bit on the “low” side…
However, if your eyes can function like them computers from CSI:Miami, do try and post a clearer image of the culprit’s face for everyone to see!
