Besides the ability to take gratuitous images of himself, OnlyFans creator Titus Low has shown that he’s capable of giving people whiplash.
From being charged for criminal offences in court, stating his intent to move abroad, to having a flash engagement, Low’s announcements can swing from one topic to another.
Now, the OnlyFans creator has declared that he’s investing in a new business venture: an ice cream parlour called Only Creamery.
If this name is some kind of innuendo, it’s not very subtle.
Only Creamery
There aren’t a lot of details about the new ice cream parlour yet, beyond the fact that it will be located on Temple Street, Chinatown, and it will be “opening soon”.
It will be working in collaboration with the famous Hundred Acre Creamery in Clementi.
Though the dine-in menu isn’t available on the ice cream parlour’s official site yet, its description states that they will be offering a “wide range” of gelato, sorbet, dairy-free waffles, Vietnamese coffee, and artisanal tea.
It’s evident that the ice cream flavours are in-house specials and locally produced too— since it includes flavours like Strawberry Cheesecake, Honey Chrysanthemum, Hojicha Mochi, Roasted Pistachio and Peanut Butter Banana.
If anything, the ice cream flavours do sound tempting.
The website also promises that the ice cream is churned on site with “fresh and premium ingredients”, free of food colouring and preservatives.
Now Hiring
Only Creamery is currently recruiting their service crew and operations manager.
The service crew’s job scope includes preparing the drinks and desserts, recommending menu items to the customers, as well as tending to the cashier and cleaning duties.
Given the fluctuating wages of F&B employees, the salary for full-timers was only listed as “negotiable”.
Part-timers will be paid S$10 to S$12 per hour.

The operations manager has more responsibilities on their plate.
According to Only Creamery’s website, the operations manager is expected to:
- Organise, direct and evaluate food and beverage service
- Handle the recruitment and training of staff
- Schedule the shifts
- Monitor the staff’s performance and feedback
- Purchase and control of inventory
- Monitor revenues and expenses
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to
- Negotiate with suppliers for food and beverage products
- Organise and plan for events/food deliveries/B2B orders/
- Take in the customers’ feedback and questions.
Apart from the aforementioned duties, the requirements are pretty lax as it is only preferred that the operations manager has prior F&B experience and has good interpersonal communication skills.
They should be able to work during the late night (11pm-11:30pm) as well, probably because they need to close up the shop.
Of course, no F&B worker gets to escape weekend shifts, but the working hours can be discussed.
The salary range is between S$2,700 to S$4,500, though it is negotiable.
It will be interesting to see how this venture will fare, since Low hopes that Only Creamery can grow and expand to own a few cafés.
