Funnily enough, the method comes from Air Fryer Fanatics: The first step is to get some aluminum foil and fold it into a ‘pan-like’ or ‘cup-like’ shape to ensure that the egg won’t spill out when you crack it in. You can also buy aluminum pans. Secondly, ensure that the aluminum foil is either coated with cooking spray or olive oil, so that it makes it easier to scoop out the eggs later. Thirdly, crack the eggs inside the self-made pans, and put it inside the air-fryer for 6 minutes at 200°C (390°F) for a runnier consistency. If you prefer your sunny side ups to be more well-done or crisper, keep it inside the air-fryer for 8 minutes, checking it intermittently for the desired doneness.
